spring runner sew along finale

This is my entry for the spring runner sew along
This was my first sew along
and my second machine project.
The fabric inspiration came from
a gorgeous floral remnant.
I wasn't sure if I had done it justice....
....but now I completely love it!!
Enjoy!

It's certainly been a timely project,
spring is definitely here now
whoopee!
If you would like to see what the other
participants came up with
take a look.

It's beautiful Clare!!
Won't it be lovely on your outside table while you enjoy your al fresco meals in the sun, lovely. :)

That's lovely - such a great choice of colours as well as a beautiful piece of work. I really enjoyed your garden post below too! We are kind of crazily running to keep up as spring turns into a shockingly early summer down here. It's mad this year!

You've way more than 'done it justice'! I love the way you've incorporated the flower patterned bits into it - and the underside is fab too!

I am having a surreal moment now, imagining Michael Jackson in my apron...

Its so pretty Clare - well done! I love the contrast floral backing too, really offsets it all beautifully.
