My creative space has turned into my creative mess.
When does the crochet haven become the crochet hell?
When does the crochet haven become the crochet hell?
Anyway I've finished the chunky experiment!
And not bad timing what with this chill in the air.
I'm quite thrilled really,
its always a good sign when your other half says
'you made that?!'
I hope so anyway!!

Its very warm and cuddly soft.
I've used 3 balls for this scarf,
and had considered making it huge,
I'm waiting to see how it works first.
I have a feeling it might stretch out with wear,
I don't want to end up looking like
doctor who!!

Love the scraf - such a great colour! x
That looks a lovely warm scarf, just what's needed. And indeed those apples do look like baubles.
Your scarf looks Brilliant!!!

well done!
Those little apples look gorgeous on the tree, hope you grabbed one for your country walk :)
I love, love, love that scarf. What a fantastic colour.
I have seen that very yarn and thought it would make a lovely scarf but was worried it might end up stretching, being acrylic. Might give it a go anyway, seeing as it was quite cheap.
Love the scarf Clare, it's a really great colour!!
I know what you mean by creative space to creative mess, that can all happen very quickly!
Have a great weekend. :)

I love your scarf. May I ask what size crochet hook you used? I have made a couple of skinny scarves but I would like to make a thick and chunky! I love the apple tree photo. The apples really do look like baubles hanging from the tree!
I have just seen you have already added the hook size. Thanks!x
