Great, evocative photos! We re-aquainted ourselves, and aquainted our sons, with your part of England last summer, picnicking below the Cerne Abbas giant on our way 'home' after camping in the New Forest. England really is special, isn't it?

Hello again, and thanks for your comments. The LA dresses were absolutely de rigeur for weddings in the late 80s early 90s. I'm glad we're a bit more varied these days, really!

Lovely lovely photos's. England still looks beautiful even when it rains! (well some bits do - Rotherham still looks *h*t even when it's sunny!! - it makes you want to slit your wrists when it rains!!)

I love Gold Hill, I used to go there a lot with my Mum and Dad when I was younger... not sure I could cope with it now!!! << 29 and already over the hill ;)
